Product Features

The processor in the Opticon M5 supports up to 50 frames per second. The imager rapidly captures barcodes, 2D codes and mobile codes. In addition to the standard software and manual trigger options, the integrated auto-trigger function enables hands-free operation and automatic scan initiation.

The mobile mode of the Opticon M5 provides the possibility to read barcodes from mobile phones. Ideal for use in self-service mobile ticketing applications. Switching between mobile mode and (omnidirectional) scanning mode is supported by both manual switch or software command.

The Opticon M5 is availability in several interfaces (RS232, USB HID keyboard / VCP serial port and Keyboard Wedge) enables easy connectivity.
